Dubuque Kids of Character Certificate Program

As we envision the future, the Kids of Character Certificates Program hold immense significance to us.  Recognizing that children embody our future, your direct involvement in nurturing that future is invaluable.  We are committed to supporting you.  To achieve this aim, we are updating the logistics of the program to keep it manageable and affordable, which will enable us to sustain it. 
 
For KOCC orders, we will only be processing and shipping out twice a year.

• Fall Order Fulfillment - Order form will be live by February 1, 2025

• Spring Order Fulfillment:
