Viroqua Register Change for Change Application

Thank you for your interest in partnering with us for Change for Change!  Please note the following considerations:

• Accumulation of change donated by guests at the end of their transaction will begin on the 1st of the month and conclude on the last day of the month. 
• Totals will be calculated on the 1st of the month or next business day if the 1st is on a weekend or holiday.  
• Amount raised will be emailed to the Main Contact and a check will be sent to the address provided on the application.  
• An application does not guarantee a partnership as we receive many applications.

Application Timing:

• We are currently accepting applications for the 2026 calendar year.
• Application deadline is October 1, 2025. 
• We will reach out to all applicants no later than October 31, 2025 with application status.
