Viroqua Share Night Schedule

If no group is assigned to a date, that date is available for booking. Reservations must be made at least three weeks in advance. Applications may be submitted at any time and will be kept on file until reservation periods open. Reservations for the spring season (Jan - May) open on November 1, and reservations for the fall season (Sept - Dec) open on August 1 each year.

Culver's of Viroqua Share Event Application

​Thank you for your interest in partnering with us for a Share Event!  Please note the following considerations:

• Share Events will be on select Tuesdays from 5pm - 8pm.
• Share Events are scheduled to coincide with the school year - mid-September through mid-May.  
• Partners are required to send a minimum of 3 volunteers through the entirety of the event.  You are welcome to cover that time how it best suits your group.  Examples include:
  • 3 people volunteering the whole time
  • 3 people for the first 1.5 hours and 3 different people the ending 1.5 hours  
  • Etc.
• Volunteers must be actively supervised by an adult through the entire event if they are under 16 years old.  
• Totals will be calculated the day after the event.  Totals will be emailed to the Main Contact.  Checks will be mailed to address provided.
