Thank you for your interest in partnering with us for a Share Event! Please note the following considerations:
Share Events will be on select Tuesdays from 5pm - 8pm.
Share Events are scheduled to coincide with the school year - mid-September through mid-May.
Partners are required to send a minimum of 3 volunteers through the entirety of the event. You are welcome to cover that time how it best suits your group. Examples include:
3 people volunteering the whole time
3 people for the first 1.5 hours and 3 different people the ending 1.5 hours
Etc.
Volunteers must be actively supervised by an adult through the entire event if they are under 16 years old.
Totals will be calculated the day after the event. Totals will be emailed to the Main Contact. Checks will be mailed to address provided.
Spring 2025 is full. We are currently accepting applications for Fall 2025 (Sept - Dec).
Fall 2025 dates to highlight:
August 5, 2025 - Initial fall application deadline. Applications received by this date will be considered first for any Share Event reservations for the fall.
August 8, 2025 - Emails will be sent with confirmation of reservation date or a request to apply for next Share Season.
August 20, 2025 - Fliers will be sent to all groups with fall reservations.
September 9, 2025 - First possible date of fall Share Season.
December 23, 2025 - Final possible date of fall Share Season.
